Generally, our customised design and manufacturing techniques make us a cost effective choice for most replacement or new build projects, of almost any size. The recent construction industry trends for mixed design and broader creativity specifications has complemented our existing working practices well. Although our techniques are not ideally suited to individual domestic replacement work, any job of from 10 to several thousand units is ideally suited to our market position.

Since the formation of the company, our customers have included housing associations throughout the country, London Boroughs, many local authorities and numerous private developers. Our staff have a thorough understanding of the building industry and are confident in dealing with architects, builders, association personnel, and individual clients.

Due to the high number of design and product requirements requested by customers working in different building environments, it became clear, early on in the life of the company, that a versatile approach would be necessary to satisfy a wide range of customer specifications. To this end, the FLEXOLITE joinery system was devised, and trademarked in 1968, by I. D. Products. By using standard ranges of timber sections which satisfy different levels of design and performance criteria nearly any size and configuration of frame can be manufactured. This 'tailor made' approach gives our customers the ultimate versatility when incorporating joinery into their construction projects.
